Historic Apartment Building:

This project consisted of eight individual one-bedroom apartments, with 7 different layout options. The goal was to restore the historic features in the building, while also bringing all major systems and unit layouts to the 21st century, adding modern touches with the original charm this building had. All main spaces, including the building’s exterior, and basement, have all been updated.

Single Family Homes: Renovations

Classic Detroit Bungalow: Before and After

This project was a whole-house makeover on a classic, 3/1 Detroit bungalow. To bring the home up to modern standards,  updates were made to the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. These improvements not only enhance the overall efficiency of the home but also ensure safety and compliance with current city regulations. After rigorous inspections, we successfully obtained all necessary city certifications, affirming the quality and reliability of the work completed.


The interior of the house received a complete refresh with new flooring and fresh paint applied throughout, as well as redoing both the Kitchen and Bathroom. This revitalization provides a clean, inviting atmosphere that appeals to potential tenants. The choice of materials was carefully considered to balance durability, style, and budget- ensuring long-lasting profitability regardless of renting or selling.


After completing the renovations, we secured a long-term tenant, making this project a resounding success. The upgrades have increased the property's market value while providing a comfortable and modern living environment for the current tenant. Overall, this whole-house makeover exemplifies our commitment to excellence in construction, design, and most importantly- budget.
